Life can be cruel to those who deserve the best of it. You're a good person who bad things have happened to.
It might feel likes he's dead, but perhaps thats just a way of trying to move on? When you truly love someone, they are never far from your thoughts no matter how hard you try to forget them. Because you miss him so much and you can't forget him, it might almost feel like a grieving process you are going through.
I'll always be here if you need to talk. You aren't alone.
